Order Issue Handling

What happens when an order problem is found?

We document the issue, contact the supplier and explain the available options. The customer makes the final decision, and we carry out the confirmed instruction.

What happens if a supplier sends fewer items than ordered?

We record the shortage and contact the supplier. The available options may include replenishment, replacement, a refund or another solution. We inform the customer and wait for confirmation before taking the next important step.

What happens if a visible defect is found during inspection?

We separate the affected product and provide photos or videos. We contact the supplier and explain the available solutions. The customer decides whether to replace, accept or refund the item.

Who makes the final decision when an order problem occurs?

The customer makes the final decision. We provide evidence, communicate with the supplier and explain the available options. We do not select a replacement, accept a defective item or request a refund without the customer’s confirmation.

What happens if the supplier says the product is out of stock?

We inform the customer. The customer may choose another color, size or product, wait for restocking, or request a refund. We carry out the option confirmed by the customer.

What happens if a small accessory or part is missing?

We show the missing part to the customer and contact the supplier. The customer may wait for the missing part, accept the product, request compensation or request a refund.

What happens if the wrong color, size or SKU arrives?

We compare the received product with the confirmed order. We provide evidence and contact the supplier about an exchange, replacement or refund. The customer confirms the final solution.

Will the complete order be delayed because of one problem item?

The customer decides. The customer may wait for replacement, ship the available products first, accept the affected item or request another solution.

Are electronic products fully tested?

Selected powered products may receive a basic power-on, operating or charging check when agreed. This does not include engineering, certification or long-duration performance testing.

Does inspection guarantee that every product is defect-free?

No. Inspection reduces the risk of obvious shortages, incorrect variants and visible defects, but it cannot guarantee that every item has no hidden defect.
