TruePriceAgent was created around a simple principle: customers should be able to see the original price shown by the Chinese supplier. We list our purchasing service fee separately instead of hiding it inside the product price, making the cost structure clearer and easier to understand.
Buying from 1688, Taobao or Pinduoduo may appear simple, but every international order involves many important details. Product specifications and quantities must be confirmed, suppliers need to be contacted, and parcels from different sellers may arrive at different times.

Orders may arrive from different suppliers, cities and online marketplaces. Some parcels arrive earlier, while others require additional supplier preparation or domestic delivery time.
The products and parcels shown below were purchased for our customers. They are not general warehouse inventory. Every carton, delivery bag and product belongs to a real customer order.

How We Reduce Purchasing Risk
Clear order records, arrival inspection and customer confirmation help reduce avoidable purchasing problems before products are sent internationally.
- Order details confirmed before purchasing We confirm the product link, selected specifications, quantity and customer-approved quotation before placing the order with the supplier.
- Inspection evidence before international shipping After products arrive, we check the visible condition, quantity and agreed specifications, then provide photos or video for the customer to review before international dispatch.
- Supplier issue coordination If visible damage, missing quantities or incorrect products are found before dispatch, we notify the customer and contact the supplier to request a replacement, return or refund, subject to the supplier's policy and the platform's applicable return period.
Standard inspection covers visible condition, quantity and the checks agreed with the customer. Product performance testing, certification verification and laboratory inspection are not included unless arranged separately.
